About the Role

St. James Bay Golf & Pickleball Resort is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Spray Technician to join our Turf & Grounds team. This role is essential to maintaining healthy greens, fairways, and landscaped areas across our 18‑hole championship course and resort property.

Experience Required

• Studies in turf management
• Prior golf course or landscape spray experience preferred
• Florida pesticide license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Experience operating turf Spray Machinery Ability to work early mornings and outdoors in varying conditions
• Team‑oriented attitude and dependable work ethic

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides according to label requirements
• Maintain accurate application records
• Calibrate and operate sprayers and spreaders
• Monitor turf conditions and report issues promptly
• Assist with general golf course maintenance as needed
• Follow all environmental, state, and resort safety standards
