Finisher / Polisher – Aerospace Industry
1st or 2nd Shift (7am-3:30pm or 4:30pm-12:30am)
What if the steady hand and sharp eye you've mastered could shape parts that keep airplanes flying safely—and your precision really mattered every single day? We're hiring a Finisher/Polisher to work on complex airfoil components in a quality-driven shop.
What You'll Do
Hand belt grind airfoil shapes to final contour and dimension
Deburr and break sharp edges
Polish and finish platform surfaces and radii
Inspect contours, dimensions, twist, and edges
Help qualify new part setups and determine polishing methods
What's Required
1–3+ years of hand finishing, polishing, or deburring
Experience belt grinding complex shapes
Strong understanding of GD&T
Skilled inspecting tight tolerances
Aerospace or airfoil experience preferred
Detail-focused and quality-driven
Pay & Benefits
$20–$26/hour (based on experience) 15% shift differential (2nd shift)
